I make house calls.

In-home and phone consultations — Northeast Florida

If getting to a law office is hard, or you just want to talk through a problem in your kitchen instead of a conference room, I’ll come to you. The same is true on the phone — we can handle most first conversations without ever sitting down in person.

Why House Calls?

A lot of legal problems start when something has already gone wrong — an injury, a notice in the mail, a disagreement that won’t go away. That’s a lousy time to be told you have to drive across town and find parking. So I bring the conversation to wherever you are.

You’re More Comfortable at Home

People remember more, ask better questions, and tell you the whole story when they aren’t sitting in a strange office. That’s useful for both of us.

The Documents Are Already There

Most people have the relevant paperwork at home, not in a folder they thought to bring along. Working at your kitchen table means we can look at everything that matters in one sitting.

It’s a Real Consultation

You get answers, plain explanations, and an honest read on whether you actually need a lawyer. If the problem doesn’t need legal work, I’ll tell you.

What It Costs

Flat fees, no surprises. If the consultation turns into actual legal work, we’ll talk about the fee structure for that work separately.

What We Can Talk About

Most consultations fall into one of these areas. If your situation isn’t on this list, just ask — the answer is usually yes.

Personal Injury

You were hurt and you’re trying to figure out whether to file a claim, settle, or hire a lawyer.

Workers’ Compensation

You’ve been hurt at work and the carrier is dragging its feet, or your claim was denied outright.

Estate Planning

Wills, powers of attorney, basic trusts. The kind of thing that’s a lot easier to handle at your kitchen table.

Civil Disputes

Contracts, landlord–tenant matters, neighbor disputes — getting a sober second opinion before the situation escalates.

Letter / Notice in the Mail

You got something official-looking and aren’t sure how seriously to take it. Bring it — we’ll read it together.

Just General Advice

Sometimes the most useful answer is “you don’t need a lawyer for this.” If that’s the case, I’ll say so.

Have a Question First?

If you’re not sure which option makes sense for your situation, the easiest thing is to call. Most people figure it out in a couple of minutes.
